Welcome to the Northern Chapter of CLEARS! 

Two hundred members from 19 counties represent law enforcement records and dispatch personnel of local Police Departments, Sheriff’s Offices, and State and University Police Departments.

Membership in CLEARS provides many opportunities for excellent training by the Department of Justice and Department of Motor Vehicles; other qualified trainers present topics to help us enhance our supervisory and management skills.  Regular updates on legislative proposals that effect records releases and statistical reporting is provided; and networking opportunities with other professionals in the same field of work provides another resource of valuable information.

If you are eligible for membership and haven’t become a member or renewed your membership, now is the time to join.  June 30^th is the deadline to have your name included in the Statewide Membership Directory.  Membership applications are available on this Website.
