The Northern Chapter has always had a vibrant membership. Sadly, one such member lost her life in 1990.  Her name was Darlene Tsue.

Darlene was a person who knew what she wanted from her professional career and her personal life.  She was recognized for her expertise and leadership In 1988 and 1989, she was on the P.O.S.T. committee to update and standardize the Basic Records Course and Records Management Manual.  She was also President of the Northern Chapter and Director of the Annual Training Conference.

To honor her memory and the positive manner in which she lived her life, the Northern Chapter awards a Conference Scholarship in her name to a member each year.
